Yes, all of the flowers included in each order are biodegradable. They haven't been treated with any colourants or preservatives, and are green bin/compost safe.
Dried flower bouquets typically last 10 months when displayed in a vase in a low humidity environment while kept out of direct sunlight.
Flowers from our Flower Mixes will last upwards of 2 years when stored in the provided packaging in a dry environment with a mild temperature.
Higher humidity and direct sunlight can prematurely wilt and age your flowers/bouquets. Keeping your flowers in a low humidity environment is recommended.
To extend the life of your bouquet, periodically hanging your bouquet upside down in a dark, cool environment can help to restore its shape and reverse wilting.
To remove any accumulated dust, a silicone dust blower (similarly used by photographers on camera lenses) is a gentle dust removal method. Vacuuming, shaking or dusting your flowers with a cloth/duster is not recommended.

Once your order is processed, it is shipped using the fastest delivery method available. In most cases our third-party shipping services deliver within 5-7 business days.
Delivery times of all product will vary based on delivery location, but every order will be accompanied by a tracking number. This number is provided to you via email once your order has shipped.
At this time, we don't ship internationally. Our products can be shipped anywhere within Canada.
Choosing not to offer payment via credit card saves all parties the cost of service fees that are charged by third-party service providers.
By accepting E-transfer for payment rather than credit cards, we offer our products at a rate that is reduced by approximately 5-7%. E-transfers are a secure method of payment that does not share sensitive financial information between parties.
At checkout, once a shipping method has been selected, you will be presented with your order total. Your order total includes applicable sales tax and the cost of shipping your chosen products.
You will then be prompted to press the "Complete Your Order" button. Once you have pressed the 'Complete Your Order' button, you will receive an order confirmation via email. (Please check your Spam & Junk folders if you do not receive this email to your Inbox.)
In your emailed order confirmation there will be easy to follow directions to complete your E-transfer.
Once your E-transfer is received, we will send an email notifications that your order is being prepared.
